I have used Marco now on several occasions and am very impressed and would highly recommend him. I first became acquainted with him after another repair service spent several days trying to figure out what was wrong with my washing machine – then a got Marco’s name…and called he was able to easily diagnose the problem and fix it. Since then I have used him on several other appliance in my home. Marco is someone who keeps up with all the newer and high end appliances. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I was having issues suddenly with my dryer, i went online thru Google and found AJ serv co. I called atfter 11am. Im not sure who i spoke with, but he said someone would be out between 2 & 4 that afternoon. And to my surprise, at 2 Marco called and said he would arrive shortly. When he arrived he took apart my dryer and assessed the problem. Thankfully he had the part in his van, so he was able to get it fixed right away. ☺️! Marco is really friendly and answered all of my questions. He is very professional and nice. Today turned out to be “repair day” at my house. I was also in the process of changing out a toilet. I had trouble removing the mounting bolts and he offered to help remove them for me! Which i thought was pretty awesome! He went way above and beyond his job!! Thank you very much Marco!! Marco came to my house the same day. Found the problem within minutes. Fixed the problem within minutes. And all within a fair price. Highly recommended.

The sensor pad on my dishwasher went out. I made the call and Marc came out the same day. He communicated with me during the day to make sure he had all the information needed on the dish washer, and came the time he said he was coming. He was prompt, knowledgeable, and quick. Once he ordered the parts, he returned the next day and was done fast and efficiently AND a great price I might add! I would highly recommend him for your appliance repairs and services.

I was 8 hours away from going on vacation for a week and my washing machine started leaking. I called 3 other places at 4PM and I couldn’t get anybody to come look at it before I left. I called AJ’s and Marco was there in an hour. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it that night. Needless to say it was nice to not have that hanging over my head while on vacation. I will definitely be using AJ’s for all my appliance service and repair needs in the future.

Needed work on high end Jennair frige. Marco was extremely diligent in analyzing the problem. The unit had just gone out of warranty but he fought with Jennair to get us some discounts on parts. Finally when Jennaire could not determine cause of issue Marco analyzed it and told Jennaire what repairs were necessary. Ultimately the design of the unit was so bad that Jennaire replaced the frige at a greatly reduced price. Marco, though he had no obligation to do so, came to house to supervise the installation. Great customer service, great guy.

Awesome experience with Marcus! Fix LG refrigerator & a few weeks later repaired our double oven control board. Now both working like new and both reasonable prices & caring. I highly recommend Marcos for all Applainces unless you just want to replace them.

I found the service on the internet very easy . They came out same day , fixed problem and called me for payment. Some companies would not have repaired until payment was secured. I would definitely recommend this company.

I got a quick response to my first call re a broken stove. A visit was scheduled for the following day and the stove was repaired in a quick and professional manner.

AJ’s called right away – lightening fast and came out as scheduled. He had the part we needed on hand and made the repair right away. We needed a new pump for our front load washer. He was a little more expensive than competitors (I called around once he quoted) but not so much that it was worth paying him a $60 service call fee AND going with another provider. So, I do recommend him overall. Quick and courteous.

They were very quick. Same day I called, my washing machine was fixed. The repair tech was courteous and cleaned up after the job.
